Overview — Welcome to Your RYANES Agent Portal

The RYANES Agent Portal is your operational control center within the Sales-as-a-Service (SaaS²) ecosystem.It allows you to:

  • Access all available modules (products and services you can promote).
  • View real-time telemetry of your leads and conversions.
  • Track commissions and payouts with transparent reporting.
  • Download approved marketing resources for consistent representation.
  • Contact RYANES support and review compliance guidelines.

Every action within the portal is recorded through telemetry, ensuring full traceability and fair performance verification.

1. Dashboard — Your Performance at a Glance

The Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your performance.You’ll see:

  • Current Balance: Pending and confirmed commissions.
  • Performance Summary: Clicks, conversions, total revenue.
  • Recent Activity: Latest verified interactions.
  • Announcements: New modules, payout notices, system updates.
  • Quick Links: Access to key tools, documents, and support.

Best Practices:

  • Review your dashboard weekly for module or payout updates.
  • Verify your PayPal address regularly to avoid payout delays.
  • Check announcements for new program launches or temporary closures.

2. Profile & Settings — Keep Your Details Current

The Profile section (accessible from the top-right menu) stores your personal and payment information.You can:

  • Update name, email, region, and language preference.
  • Add or edit your PayPal email for payouts.
  • Manage two-factor authentication (2FA) for account security.
  • Download your data export (for APPI/PIPEDA compliance).

Important:Payment details must match your registered identity to receive commissions.
Fake or mismatched accounts may result in temporary hold or verification review.

3. Modules — Choosing What to Promote

The Modules tab lists every active SaaS² product or service available for promotion.Each module represents a RYANES Venture or approved Network Member’s offering.Module cards include:

  • Product or Brand name
  • Commission rate and type (flat / percentage)
  • Target region or language
  • Associated resources
  • “Activate” button for assignment

When you activate a module:

  1. It appears in your Telemetry view.
  2. Associated Resources unlock automatically.
  3. You gain your unique tracking links and campaign ID.

Affiliate Marketers can promote multiple modules.White-Label Resellers will only see their negotiated or exclusive assignments.Tip: Deactivate modules you’re not currently promoting to declutter your dashboard.

4. Resources — Approved Marketing Material

The Resources tab houses official, pre-approved marketing assets.Available materials:

  • Logos, banners, and photography
  • Copy blocks, slogans, and disclaimers
  • PDF brochures and one-page brand briefs
  • Optional business card templates for in-person outreach
  • Disclosure text samples (for regulatory compliance)

Rules:

  • You must not modify product pricing, branding, or claims.
  • Affiliates must disclose their paid relationship when promoting online.
  • Resellers may white-label materials, but must maintain product accuracy.
  • Use only the versions hosted inside your portal to ensure compliance.

5. Telemetry — Understanding Your Data

Telemetry is the verification engine of SaaS².Every tracked action—click, lead, or conversion—is recorded and timestamped for full transparency.Metrics Defined:

Clicks Verified visitors who followed your unique link.
Leads Users who registered, requested info, or began checkout.
Conversions Verified completed sales.
Earnings Per Click (EPC) Average commission per visitor.
Conversion Rate (CVR) % of leads that resulted in conversions.
Lifetime Value (LTV) Your cumulative verified earnings.

Attribution Rules:

  • The first valid click within 30 days of a sale earns commission.
  • Duplicate links or self-referrals are ignored automatically.
  • Conversion approval may take up to 48 hours post-fulfillment.

Data Integrity:Telemetry cannot be edited by Agents, Network Members, or RYANES staff.All discrepancies are reviewed using audit logs.

6. Payouts — How You Get Paid

  • Default Method: PayPal
  • Schedule: Monthly (net-30)
  • Threshold: ¥5,000 / CAD $50
  • Currencies Supported: JPY or CAD depending on registration region.

For Resellers:Although Stripe is the internal processing gateway, payouts are still executed via PayPal unless otherwise contracted.Payout Process:

  1. Sales verified by telemetry.
  2. Commissions tallied at cycle end.
  3. Payment released automatically to your PayPal account.
  4. Confirmation email issued.

Tips for smooth payments:

  • Always confirm PayPal details before the 25th of the month.
  • Avoid using business accounts linked to multiple agents.
  • Review your “Payouts” tab for date, amount, and transaction ID.

7. Reports — Exports & Analytics

The Reports tab allows you to create and download summaries for personal tracking or accounting.Report types:

  • Monthly Performance Overview
  • Module Comparison Report
  • Telemetry Snapshot (clicks / leads / conversions)
  • Annual Tax Summary (for local declaration)

Formats: CSV, XLSX, PDFAvailability: Real-time with monthly archival copies.Advanced users (especially Resellers) may request access to extended analytics for campaign optimization.

8. Support — Getting Help

If you encounter technical issues or payment concerns, the Support tab connects you directly to the RYANES Operations Team.

Support Features:

  • Submit Ticket: For payout, telemetry, or module issues.
  • Live Chat: Business hours JP / CA.
  • System Notices: Maintenance or version updates.
  • Documentation: Direct links to this guide, FAQ, and policies.

9. Guidelines — Conduct & Compliance

This section summarizes the essential expectations set out in the Affiliate / Agent Policy.

Do

  • Use approved materials and disclosures.
  • Represent RYANES and client brands accurately.
  • Follow all privacy and advertising laws.
  • Maintain professional tone and accuracy across channels.
  • Keep personal and payout details current.

Don’t

  • Alter pricing, claims, or product identity.
  • Mislead audiences about affiliation or ownership.
  • Engage in spam, scraping, or prohibited ad placements.
  • Share internal resources or telemetry data publicly.
  • Attempt to manipulate tracking systems.

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of commissions, or permanent removal from the SaaS² ecosystem.

10. Security & Data Integrity

All portal activity is protected under secure HTTPS encryption.
Agents are expected to:

  • Maintain unique, strong passwords.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Log out when using shared or public devices.
  • Report suspected breaches immediately to security@ryanes-holdings.com.

Telemetry data and payout records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with APPI (Japan) and PIPEDA (Canada).
